RESERVATIONS
You can make a booking through our web page online, by phone, or in person letting us know the day of your arrival, duration of your stay and the number of total guests staying at the apartment.

• A payment of 50% is made in advance to make your reservation
• At the moment of check in you must pay the remainding 50% of your stay + a refundable deposit

CHECK IN – CHECK OUT
The CHECK IN time is at 1:30 PM and the CHECK OUT time is at 10:00 AM.

DEPOSIT
You will recieve a private contract with a summary of money paid along with an Inventory List and the apartment keys.

• The deposit of 200 USA dollars is only refundable on the DEPARTURE when the Inventory List is satisfied and the apartment is in the same condition that it was at time of check in
• At check in time you will be asked to verify and check the condition of all furniture, appliances, and inventory of the same

PRICES
All prices are in American dollars and are subject to change without notice.

EXPENSES
Light, water, phone, cable, internet, concierge service, along with maintenance of the building are included at no extra charge.

KEYS

• You will recieve a copy of keys for the apartment you are renting at the time of check-in
• A fee will apply in case you lose them
• If you arrive late at night,the keys will be at the reception of the building (they will be in an envelope with your name on it)and we will arrange with you previously the best time the next morning to sign the paperwork for the formal check in

CANCELATION POLICY
If you decide to cancel your reservation within 30 days prior to your arrival, you will lose the full amount that you paid for the reservation of the apartment. If you cancel within 31 days or more prior to your arrival, your deposit will be fully refunded minus the administration fee (5 %).

CHANGES
Any date changes will be considered as a new reservation in order to respect the schedule of the guests reservations and if there is not availability, the cancelation policy as above applies.

NUMBER OF GUESTS
In the description of each apartment we show the maximun number of people allowed to use that apartment .
In case we detect that the contract is not being followed, we have the right to ask our guests to leave the apartment without any refund of money paid.

PETS
We are very sorry but pets are not allowed in the buildings.

MAINTENANCE

If for any reason one of the services need to be installed or upgraded, the guests need to allow workers entry into the apartment.

BEHAVIOR
If any of our guests do not follow the rules of the property we have the right to ask our guests to leave the apartment without any refund of money paid.
